Humind does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
The service is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

Clients and users acknowledge that AI-generated insights are recommendations, not absolute truths.

5. Restrictions on Use

Users of Humind's platform must adhere to the following restrictions:

Prohibited activities: Reverse engineering, misuse of AI, unauthorized data extraction (scraping).
No unauthorized automated data collection: Scraping of data is strictly forbidden unless expressly authorized by Humind SAS.

Monthly subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time, but the full month must be paid.
Annual subscriptions: Non-cancelable before the end of the term; full payment is required.
Humind reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of abuse, non-compliance, or unauthorized use.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of Humind services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
